The Bulk Action Tracking functionality provides you a way to verify that the following processes, performed in bulk, have occurred as expected:
- Your batch invoices have been sent
- Late Fees have been added to invoices
- Members have been dropped
- Members have been suspended (Realtor Edition only)
- Offices have been suspended (Realtor Edition only)
- Members have been reactivated
This allows you to review the progress and status of these task. Additionally, there is clear information if there were errors or failures. A list of contacts that did not successfully process allows your staff to find data errors that might have caused the issue. NOTE: The information is only available for 90 days so you will want to be certain to review in a timely manner.
Important! This feature is only reporting on bulk actions mainly initiated from the Unpaid tab in the Membership module. It will not track when you perform any of the above tasks individually.
To begin tracking you must enable tracking under Setup -> Email Settings -> Turn on Invoice Tracking Beta, at the very bottom of the page beneath the Unsubscribe Message.
