NOTE: The ability to delete a deposit is dependent on the "Allow Deletion for (days)" setting under your Finance Settings. If you are within the deletion days you will be able to delete the deposit. If you are outside of the deletion days you will not be able to delete the deposit. See Configure Finance Defaults & Logo for Invoices & Statements for further information on configuring the setting. You may also NOT delete a credit card deposit.
- Click Billing in the left-hand navigation panel
- Click the Deposits tab
- Click the link for the deposit you wish to delete
- Click the Delete button. NOTE: If the delete button is not visible then you are not within the window allowed for deletion. You may choose to temporarily change the setting to allow the deletion.
- Click OK to confirm that you wish to delete the deposit
