All responses to a form may be downloaded.

In the Forms/Surveys module, find the form or survey you wish to download. Click the ellipsis  in the Actions column and select Download Form/Survey Responses.

The responses will be downloaded to your computer in a .xlsx spreadsheet. Save the file for future use as needed.
