IMPORTANT: If you have the Real Estate Edition, Designations will be handled by your NRDS/M1 sync. You will not be able to create or add Designations via GrowthZone. |
REALTOR® Designations are granted by and originate from NAR and the M1 database. If a REALTOR® has any designations, they will appear in the agent record appended to their name in top of the contact record, and on the Real Estate tab between the LockBox and Code of Ethics sections on the right side.
Agent Designations are received from NAR's M1 database and are not editable in GrowthZone. If agent designations are incorrect or missing, please verify that the GrowthZone record's Sync to M1 is enabled.
If the record is set to Sync to M1 as either a Primary OR Secondary Agent, go to M1 directly and verify the data. If designations in M1 are incorrect or missing, contact NAR directly. If designations are correct in M1, AND the record is set to Sync to M1 as either a Primary OR Secondary Agent, please submit a ticket to GrowthZone for investigation.
