Remove Saved Payment Profiles

If your contacts have store payment profiles but you no longer wish for these to be stored you can use the Remove Saved Payment Profiles data tool to remove all from the system. Deleting all profiles will cancel all automatic payments for these cards.

 

  1. Click Setup in the left-hand navigation panel
  2. Click Remove Saved Payment Profiles in the Data Tools section
  3. On the Remove Saved Payment Profiles screen select the desired Payment Gateway from the drop-down list.
  4. Click Reload. A list of all contacts with a stored payment profile will be generated. IMPORTANT! The first 500 are included in the list. You may need to generate the list multiple times to ensure all payment profiles are removed. 
  5. Click Remove All.
  6. On the Remove All Saved Payment Profiles type Yes to confirm.
  7. Click Remove All (or click Cancel if you do not wish to proceed). 

The stored profiles have now been removed. NOTE: Refresh your screen after removing all to verify that the profiles have been removed. If you have more than 500, the next 500 will be displayed. 

The system will now remove all stored payment profiles. if you have a large number of payment profiles this could take some time to perform. A blue box will appear in the upper right hand of the screen when completed.
