The Accounting Summary tab in the Billing module provides you with a summary of the credits and debits to your accounts. This report is intended to provide you with the journal entry information required to update your accounting software. Best practice is to use summary information vs. detailed information. You will want to determine your cadence for updating your accounting software with this information, and can filter to the specific dates for which you wish to view data. Some associations choose to update their accounting software daily, while others update on a monthly basis. The goal is to ensure your data in GrowthZone matches to the data in your accounting software.
To view the details of the transactions that make up the journal entry, click into any of the account names.
