What is WMS and how does GrowthZone work with it?

The Web Membership System (WMS) is a web-based interface to National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) membership database. The system provides access to local association executive officers (EOs) and their staff. In general, the WMS will allow local associations to update the national database with the changes made to their local membership data. GrowthZone has built tools to work with the WMS for Locals HBAs to keep the national database up to date, as well as for state databases to maintain updated data from the locals as well.

What tools does GrowthZone provide for Local HBAs?

To simplify the process of uploading member changes from the Local Association to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) through WMS, we have integrated the required fields into various areas within the GrowthZone system and provided a WMS Export tool that will allow you to pull monthly data quickly and easily. This process is only for Local HBAs that import monthly updates into NAHB.

What does the WMS Export do?

The GrowthZone WMS Export Tool is specially designed to format your member changes into the file format and specifications that NAHB requires. Once your file is created, our export tool offers the ability to review and fix any validation errors, before sending to NAHB and importing into the WMS.

What tools does GrowthZone provide for State Level HBAs?

As a State HBA, you need to be able to utilize the latest data from the NAHB to effectivity manage and communicate with your state-wide membership base. We have implemented a WMS Import tool that will allow you take the data you pulled from NAHB and easily push that data into your GrowthZone database. This process is only for State HBAs.

What does the WMS Import do?

The GrowthZone WMS Import Tool is designed to intake the file you receive from NAHB and distributes that data to the appropriate places within your State HBA GrowthZone database. Prior to importing your memberships, GrowthZone validates your data and presents you any errors or exclusions.
