Your members can now enjoy flexible payment options when they register for events, purchase things from the online store (additional module required), and pay their invoices in the Info Hub. Since these payments are processed through Stripe, there is no additional fees for these payment methods. (Features listed are for U.S. customers only [at this time] and are not available with other payment processors.)

Apple Pay
Apple Pay is available in Safari for iPhone and iPad users and Macs with TouchId. Apple Pay is compatible with iOS 9 and above, and macOS Sierra or newer. You must have an Apple Pay account established and be logged in to use this feature.
Google Pay
Google Pay is compatible with Android devices running Android version 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher and iPhones, iPads, and computers running Google Chrome. You must have a Google Pay account established and be logged into your Google account to use this feature.
Stripe Link
Stripe Link is a secure, one-click way to pay. Supported by hundreds of thousands of businesses and eCommerce platforms, Link allows users to access saved methods stored within Stripe. Users will be able to access all of their saved payment methods from other platforms quickly and securely with one click.
After a customer selects to store their payment profile, Link will send out an email to the customer for security verification.

Stripe Financial Connections / ACH
Stripe Financial Connections allows users to securely share their financial data with your business. With one simple integration you can instantly verify bank accounts for ACH payments and mitigate fraud by verifying account ownership details all within the payment widget.

IMPORTANT: Staff cannot enter the ACH information on behalf of a customer. Due to privacy restrictions, only customers can enter their bank information. When they enter their information through the Info Hub, microdeposits will be verified. When entered through a module form (such as an event registration or donation), they will be directed to their personal online banking platform. |
Reporting
The Payment Processing and GZ Pay Transfer Details reports display information on credit card use. Please note:
- For the Payment Processing report: if a contact uses GZ Pay's Stripe Link, Card Type will appear as unknown and Card Number will appear blank in the report.
- For the GZ Pay Transfer Details report: If a contact uses GZ Pay's Stripe Link, Card Type and Card Number will appear blank in the report.
- For both reports, we cannot report on Apple Pay or Google Pay.
