IMPORTANT: payment processing in the Staff App is limited to only NAR Ecommerce gateways. GrowthZone Pay gateways are NOT able to process payments via the Staff App at this time.
When checking guests in at an event, if the guest has not yet paid for a registration this will be indicated by the icon. Using NAR Ecommerce, you will easily be able to check in the guest AND process their payment.
- Using the left hand navigation click into Events and choose the desired event. A money icon will be displayed next to any attendees who still must pay for registration
- Click the money icon. You will be prompted to Check-In and Pay or Check-In and Pay Later
- Click Check-In And Pay
- Choose you card reader OR Enter the card manually
- Follow prompts on the screen and submit payment
