The Sales Disposition field provides a way to track the "temperature" or "disposition" of a contact. Populating this field can be used to create queries/reports to derive the actual probability of a win.
- Click Setup in the left-hand navigation panel
- Click Sales Dispositions in the Sales Funnel section. A list of all Sales Dispositions you have configured for your system will be displayed
- Click the Add button
- Enter a Name for the new disposition
- (Optional) Enter a Desciption for the new disposition
- Click Done.
NOTE: Sales Dispositions may also be added "on the fly" when creating a sales opportunity |
