Your GrowthZone software is web-based, you can log-in from anywhere that you have access to the internet. We support the latest version of the following browsers:
INTERNET EXPLORER USERS: For the best experience, we encourage you to use one of the browsers listed above. You can still access your GrowthZone software through Internet Explorer; however, some of the screen may not function as expected. |
Configuring Your Browser
If you have never run GrowthZone on your computer/laptop, configuration changes to the web browser and any pop-up blocker software may be required. These selections should only need to be set once, but may need to be checked again if updates or changes are made to your web browser, pop-up blocker software or operating system.
Microsoft Edge Settings
Allow Cookies
- In Edge, click the three dots in the upper right ("Settings and more").
- In the left panel, select Cookies and site permissions
- In the Cookies and data stored section at the top of the page, click on Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Make sure Allow sites to save and read cookie data is enabled
- Find the Allow section and click Add
- Paste https://secure2.chambermaster.com/ in the field.
- Enable Include third-party cookies on this site
- Click Add

Allow Popups
- In Edge, click the three dots in the upper right ("Settings and more").
- In the left panel, select Cookies and site permissions
- In the Site Permissions section, scroll down to the All Permissions area and select Popups and Redirects
- Find the Allow section and click Add
- Paste https://secure2.chambermaster.com/ in the field.
- Click Add

Enable Spellchecking
- In Edge, click the three dots in the upper right ("Settings and more").
- In the left panel, select Languages
- In the Check Spelling section, make sure the Enable Spellcheck slider is enabled.
Mozilla Firefox Settings
Please enable the following settings when using the Mozilla Firefox web browser.
Allow Cookies

Click the menu button and select Settings.

Select the Privacy & Security panel.

Cookie settings are under Enhanced Tracking Protection and Cookies and Site Data.

Allow Popups

Click the menu button and select Settings.

Select the Privacy & Security panel.

Under the Permissions section, uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker altogether.

Click on Exceptions… to open a dialog box with a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups.

Paste https://secure2.chambermaster.com/ into the field and click the Allow button.

Remove Warning for Displaying Mixed Content
- Log in to ChamberMaster/MemberZone and click the padlock icon in the address bar.
- Click the arrow in the Site Information panel.
- Click "Disable protection for now".

Enable Spellchecking in Firefox
- By default, Firefox is configured to automatically check spelling. If for some reason your spellchecking is turned off:

Click the menu button and select Settings.

In the General panel, go to the Language section.

Enable Check your spelling as you type.

Google Chrome Settings
Please enable the following settings when using Google Chrome web browser.
Allow Cookies
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three dots and select Settings.
- On the left, click "Privacy and security," and then select Site settings.
- Scroll down to the "Content" section and click Cookies and other site data
- Enable either "Allow all cookies" OR "Block Third Party Cookies".

Allow Popups
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three dots and select Settings.
- On the left, click "Privacy and security," and then select Site settings.
- Scroll down to the "Content" section and click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Choose the option you want as your default setting.
- If "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects" is enabled, there is nothing more for you to do.
- If "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects" is enabled, look for the "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" setting under Customized behaviors.
- Click Add
- Paste https://secure2.chambermaster.com/ into the field and click the Add button.

Printing in Chrome

When printing letters and other communication while in the Chrome browser, certain selections need to be made in the Print Settings screen.

Options: uncheck the box to the left of Headers and Footers

Margin: select Minimum; but if checking the preview output on the right-hand window shows that pages are running over to the next page, change Margin to Custom and then customize your margins appropriately.

Enable Spell Check
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three dots and select Settings.
- Click "Advanced" on the left side and select Languages.
- Enable your preferred option: Basic or Enhanced.

Apple Safari Settings
Please enable the following settings when using the Apple Safari web browser.
Allow Cookies:
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, click Privacy, then deselect “Block all cookies".

Allow or block pop-ups on one website:

Go to the website.

In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Websites.

Click Pop-up Windows on the left. If you don’t see Pop-up Windows, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the list.

In the pop-up menu for the website, choose Allow: Pop-ups for the website appear.
