If you have disabled a staff user log-in, you can easily re-enable it:
- In the Navigation panel, select Setup.
- Click the Staff Setup link in the Staff and Users Access section.
- On the Staff Users tab, click the Enable Login icon for the desired staff user. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to enable the login.
- Click OK.
The status of this user will now be displayed as Active and the user will be able to use the same user name and password used previously.
