Once you've created your fundraising campaign, go to the Donation Setup tab.
Campaign Options:
These also appear on the fundraising campaign's Summary tab, in the General Information section.
Allow Invoicing: When enabled, staff will have the option to select 'Pay By Invoice'. When selected, Invoicing is not an option for the public but staff only.

Allow Tributes (for Campaign Type of General Fundraiser only; will not appear if PAC Fundraiser is the Campaign Type)

Frequency Options:
By default all frequency options are enabled; to disable or remove an option, click the X next to the frequency option. You can also click the arrow of the drop down selector to display and select/deselect all frequency options.
Annually: allows a recurring "pledge" that will recur once every year.
Monthly: allows a recurring "pledge" that will recur once a month.
One time: allows a single one-time contribution that does not recur.
Quarterly: allows a recurring "pledge" that will recur once a quarter (every three months).
Semiannually: allows a recurring "pledge" that will recur twice every year (once every six months).
Payment Gateway:
If you need to use a specific payment gateway for this campaign, select it here. If nothing is selected, the fundraiser will use the default gateway specified in your Payment Gateway setup.
Donation Link:
You can use this link to share in emails, on webpages, etc. It is a direct link to the campaign's contribution page.
Contact Info Instructions:
If there are specific instructions as to which contact info is required (for example, for a PAC contribution, you may need the contributor's home address, OR you may need the same address as the credit card being used for the contribution), you may enter them here. These instructions will appear directly above the contribution options.
Donation Terms:
If there are specific terms and conditions for the contribution, you may add and edit them here. These will display somewhere on the contribution page and BEFORE PUBLISHING THIS ARTICLE I will update when I know exactly where that is.
Confirmation HTML for Fundraiser Donation:
You can customize the page the contributor sees after they submit their contribution.
Donation/Pledge Items:
Add the fee item(s) for your fundraising campaign here. You can select an existing item or create a new one if needed (just click the gray plus icon to the right of the field). NOTE: Only those Fee Item (Goods/Service) of type Donation will be available for selection.
Once the fee item is selected, give it a Description (REQUIRED).
Minimum Amount: This setting allows you to define the minimum donation accepted. If Show Minimum Amount is then enabled, this will display on your fundraiser page.
Suggested Amount: This setting allows you to define the suggested dollar value of a donation. If you enable Default to Suggested Amount, this value will automatically be populated on the fundraiser page.
Maximum Amount: If you wish for contributions to be maxed out at a particular amount, enter it here. NOTE: This does not prevent contributors from making additional contributions, but caps the amount of a single contribution at the dollar amount specified.
Options:
Default to Suggested Amount: Select this if you wish your donation form to default the donation amount to the suggested amount. Donors would be able to override this amount if they wish.
Show Minimum Amount: will display the Minimum Amount on the fundraising campaign page.
Is Pledge: if the contribution is recurring, enable the Is Pledge box.
Allow Custom Amount: Select this check box to allow donors to enter any donation amount they wish.
Allow donor to select donation start date: If the donor selects a frequency other than One Time, he/she will have the option to choose the start date for their recurring donation. If this option is not selected, the start date begins on the current date.
Additional Suggested Amounts:
Click the blue plus to add suggested amount options. When this is set, your fundraiser page will include a drop-down list of these amounts for selection.
Custom Fields: if collecting additional information about your contributors is necessary, you can create custom fields for this purpose. See Creating Custom Fields for more information.
