Manage Resources using the Staff App

With the Staff App, staff will be able to view resources in the Info Hub, as well as add and remove resources.

 

View Resources with Staff App

Click the   icon, to view system navigation options. Click Resources. A list of all resources will be displayed

 

 

Add Folder to Resources with Staff App

 

  1. Click the   icon, to view system navigation options.
  2. Click Resources. A list of all resources will be displayed

  3. Click the + Icon to open the add resources screen
  4. Click Add Resource Folder
  5. Chooses a Parent folder for the new folder (if applicable)
  6. Enter the Folder Name
  7. Click the check mark to save the folder

 

Add Resources with Staff App

  1. Click the   icon, to view system navigation options.
  2. Click Resources. A list of all resources will be displayed

  3. Click the + Icon to open the add resources screen
  4. Click Add Resource File
  5. Configure the resource as described in Add Resources to the Info Hub

 

Remove Resources with Staff App

  1. Click the   icon, to view system navigation options.
  2. Click Resources. A list of all resources will be displayed

  3. Click the X next to the resource you wish to remove
  4. Confirm that you wish to remove the resource
