- You have permission to manage Membership Types and member records.
- Your Membership Types are mapped to levels (for example, via Convert Types to Level) so that upgrades and downgrades move the member to the correct level.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Membership Type levels may be adjusted when you upgrade, downgrade, or re-activate a membership. To review or change how your Membership Types are mapped to levels, go to Memberships, Settings section, click Convert Types to Level. To perform the membership change itself, follow the matching procedure:
