The Goal: Change the pricing already configured on an existing membership type.
Before You Begin:
- You need permission to manage membership types and pricing under the Memberships rail.
- IMPORTANT! If you are making pricing changes these will not impact existing scheduled billing if Recalculate Pricing is not enabled. See Review and adjust renewal prices before billing for further information.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Memberships, click Settings and select Membership Types. The page opens as Membership Settings.
- For the desired membership, click the hyperlink for pricing.
- Make desired changes.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting scheduled billing to update automatically: Pricing changes will not impact existing scheduled billing unless Recalculate Pricing is enabled. See Review and adjust renewal prices before billing.
