- Know the target date you want to report as of — for example, 12/31/2023 to see your membership as it stood at the end of that year.
- The standard Membership report only provides a listing of current members. Use this report when you need a point-in-time view.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click Reports in the left-hand rail.
- Choose Historical Membership Report.
- Enter the Target Date Range. For example, if you wish to see your membership as of 12/31/2023, enter that as the target date.
- Add any additional filtering criteria you wish.
- Click Run.
