What this does: Lists the payment processors GrowthZone connects to, so you can choose how payments are processed in your database.
Applies to: GrowthZone associations choosing or changing how they take card and bank (ACH) payments.
Before you start: Have your processor account details ready, such as merchant account and gateway credentials. You need staff access to billing and payment gateway settings.
Time needed: 5 minutes to read.
Processors GrowthZone connects to
Payments through these processors are recorded in GrowthZone automatically:
| Processor | Who can use it | Set it up |
|---|---|---|
| GrowthZone Pay (GZ Pay), recommended | All GrowthZone associations | Set Up GrowthZone Pay |
| Authorize.net | All GrowthZone associations | Contact GrowthZone Support |
| National Association of REALTORSĀ® (NAR) e-commerce | REALTORĀ® associations only | Contact GrowthZone Support |
| AffiniPay, including LawPay, ClientPay, CPACharge and DesignPay | Existing AffiniPay customers only | Set Up AffiniPay |
First Data customers can ask their First Data contact for an Authorize.net emulator. Work with First Data Connect for this option.
If you use another processor
GrowthZone can't connect to other processors, so you lose the benefits of integration. To take payments that way:
- Add a payment link on your invoices that points to your processor.
- Record each payment in GrowthZone by hand when it arrives.
- Set up an external payment type so those payments are labeled clearly. See Setup Trade & External Payment Types.
Countries supported for stored bank accounts (ACH)
Bank accounts stored for ACH payments must be at a U.S. bank. Accounts outside the United States aren't supported, so collect those payments another way.
Common pitfalls
- Assuming any processor will connect: only the processors above do. With any other processor, every payment is recorded by hand.
