The Recurring Donations Report (Legacy) allows you to generate a list of all contacts who have setup recurring donations for a fundraiser. This report can be generated for all fundraisers or a specific fundraiser.

NOTE: The Fundraising History by Donor report and the Recurring Donations report have been replaced with the new versions - the Fundraising Report and the Recurring Billing report, respectively. The old versions are still available until September 28, 2024, but now include the phrase (Legacy) in the report name. i.e. Fundraising History by Donor (Legacy) and Recurring Donations (Legacy). |
- Click Reports in the Navigation Panel
- Select Recurring Donations Report.
- Select your search filtering criteria. For example, if you would like to see recurring donations for a specific fundraiser, or a specific contact.
- Optional - Enter a Search/Filter query.
- Select Display Options:
- The system is setup with default fields to display in your report. You may add or remove fields by clicking on the Fields to Display drop-down arrow.
- Select Summarize by criteria. This optional field allows you to select how you wish report results grouped. For example, you may choose to group results by campaign name.

Display Mode: Select Detail to display each individual donor and their recurring donation. Select Summary to see the total number of donors, and the total of their donations.
- Click Run Report.
