This release adds Dispute Management to the Payments Hub, introduces Engagement Campaigns in the Engagement module, and delivers a set of fixes and reliability improvements across events, fundraising, forums, memberships, the store, directories, and real estate data syncs.
In this release:
New feature: Dispute Management in Payments Hub
Dispute Management is the newest addition to the Payments Hub. When a cardholder disputes a GrowthZone Pay charge, you can now see every open dispute and its response deadline in one place, so you can respond before the clock runs out, rather than finding out after the window has closed.
See every card dispute in one list
Go to Finance, then the Payments Hub section, and click Disputes to see each disputed charge, its current status, and the date your response is due.
Respond before the deadline
Each dispute shows its response deadline up front. Open the dispute to review the details and submit your response and supporting evidence from within GrowthZone.

New feature: Engagement Campaigns
Engagement Campaigns is the newest addition to the Engagement module. It lets you build, target, and send a member campaign in one guided flow, reaching at-risk members using the engagement score your association has already configured. Audiences are built from real engagement data instead of hand-built lists, a built-in AI Writing Assistant helps you draft and refine your message, and performance metrics show how each send performed.
For full setup and step-by-step instructions, see AI-Powered Engagement Campaigns.
Two things to know before your first send
- GrowthZone AMS only. Engagement Campaigns is available exclusively on GrowthZone AMS and does not appear on other platforms. Availability is being rolled out in stages (see above).
- Single sends, not sequences. Each campaign is one send to one audience. Multi-step sequences, drip flows, and automated follow-ups are not part of this release.
Guided five-step campaign wizard
Building a campaign now walks you through a single guided wizard rather than a scattered set of screens. Each step validates before you can move on, so you can't accidentally send an incomplete campaign.
- Type — name your campaign and choose what kind of campaign you're sending.
- Audience — choose who receives it, using engagement-based segments.
- Content — write your message, with the AI Writing Assistant available inline.
- Schedule — choose when the campaign goes out.
- Review & launch — confirm audience, content, and send details in one place, then launch.
Engagement-based audience segments
Audiences are built from how engaged your members actually are, not just static list membership. Instead of hand-building a recipient list, select a segment and reach the right members — highly engaged, at-risk, or dormant — without exporting and re-importing lists.
AI Writing Assistant
The Content step includes an AI Writing Assistant to help you draft and refine campaign copy. Use it to generate a first draft, tighten a message, or adjust tone without leaving the wizard. You stay in control — the assistant produces a starting point you can edit before sending.
Campaign performance metrics
After a campaign sends, performance metrics report on delivery and engagement with the send, so you can see what landed and carry those learnings into your next campaign.
Daily engagement score refresh
Engagement scores — the data behind your segments — are recalculated once per day. The segments you target reflect engagement as of the most recent daily refresh rather than live, moment-to-moment activity. If a member's engagement changes today, expect to see it in tomorrow's segments.
Quick checklist before your first campaign
- Decide on one audience for one send — there are no sequences in this release.
- Pick an engagement-based segment rather than building a manual list.
- Draft your content, using the AI Writing Assistant if helpful, then edit before sending.
- Use the Review & launch step to double-check audience and content before you send.
- After sending, check performance metrics to inform your next campaign.
- Remember that segments reflect the last daily score refresh, not live activity.
