Mistakes happen- let's run a report to see if any of our active agents are not set to sync to M1.
Using the Contacts Report, set up the following criteria:
- Contact Type: Agent
- Contact Status: Active
- Additional Criteria/Filters: Sync with NRDS Equals No
- Fields to Display: add Sync to NRDS
Click Run Report.
