Any updates made to the data described in Data Sent to Black Knight Paragon for Agents will be sent to the MLS. Records are synced to Paragon every 15 minutes with no further interaction on your part. Updates to contact info, etc. can be made on the Agent's Overview tab. To edit MLS data for an agent (such as selecting the appropriate Office ID when an agent transfers to a new office):

1. For the desired agent, click the Real Estate tab and click the pencil icon in the MLS Information section.

   

2. Make desired changes.
3. Click Done.

Changed records will be sent to Black Knight Paragon with no further interaction on your part within the next 15 minutes.
