If a customer is asking about a Website Refresh or Health Check, collect information and sent a ticket to the CSM queue for further research. CSM team will then validate and send ticket to Web Team Manager for project manager assignment.
Please check their current contract and billing line items to validate the number of pages updated they receive, as not all CMS packages include a refresh or may have different terms.

How to get started
- Option to choose a new layout from our library of Themes or keep your current layout, but clean up the appearance
- Fill out our Refresh Form to help kickoff your project (link will be provided from your Project Manager)
- Once you submit your refresh form, schedule a kickoff call with your Project Manager (link will be provided from your Project Manager)
What’s Included?
- Home page refresh/design/cleanup that aligns with optional new layout chosen (phase 1)
- Sitemap cleanup – remove any unused/unwanted pages, reorganize any pages that can help with eliminating the amount of overall pages and consolidating pages for a cleaner, more friendly user-experience. (note: content remains the same but can be updated if needed when you gain access to the CMS) (phase 2)
- Choose One:
- We will design/complete 7 new content pages with module page integration
- OR, you can choose to do an AS-IS content transfer for all content pages in addition to module integration for database pages. Any necessary styling to to align with the new layout and clean up of pages will be included. (phase 3)
- Optimized images – ensure that images fall below 1mb to ensure a faster page load speed time
Content NOT included: We’re starting from a clean slate, so only active pages & assets will be pulled over.
- External (third party) blogs
- Content on pages that is over 2 years old
- Outdated event content pages
- Hidden pages that are not active on the public facing site
- Any new content (images/text, etc) for inside pages (if AS-IS content transfer is chosen)
CMS Health Check:
Health Checks include a quality review report of your existing website and best practices, home page cleanup assistance, and an opportunity to receive customized training on your top three "wish list" how-to topics. (limited to content managed in the CMS)
Our web team will then send an email that includes what they fixed, recommendations/best practices to keep in mind, and ask if the you want any personalized CMS training (up to one hour)
