This is a stub and I might expand it further later but it should work for now
1. If you do not have a WordPress Vagrant local box created you will need to generate one now using the directions on this Git Hub page.

2. If you do not have it already you need to clone the repository to your computer info here

3. open the Folder you cloned using the terminal of your choice (I use Powershell) and run the following command
vagrant sshPassword is vagrant
If this errors out you might have to run this command first
vagrant up
4. you are going to have to browse to the proper folder that has the php decryption tool command is going to be something like this
cd /vagrant/utils/support5. you need to run the command using the proper options
