Initial Setup
To enable Path LMS:
- Click Setup in the left-hand navigation panel
- Click LMS in the Integrations section
- Click Enable Path LMS
- Click Save
Once the integration has been enabled, the GrowthZone support team will complete the setup of the Webhook.
Integrated Path LMS Event Setup
When setting up an event, if you wish to sync the event to Path LMS you will enable the "Sync with LMS" function when adding an event in the Options section.
Recommended Event Settings for Path LMS Integration:
- Do not allow invoicing. The webhook fires at the time of purchase, regardless of the payment being collected.
- Member Validation: Set to most restrictive "Only if Member Logs In"
- Allow Members: Make sure that this option is selected when setting up registration options
In order for the Path LMS eCommerce flow to work, the GrowthZone event registration needs to be enabled and valid. In other words, the GrowthZone event registration needs to be turned on AND needs to be within the start and end dates of the event's registration window.

Where in GrowthZone do I find the External Product ID to link the event back to Path LMS?
Once you have created the event, you will find it in the URL for the event.
Where in GrowthZone do I find the Purchase (Add to Cart) Redirect URL?
This will be the Registration Link. It can be found on the Attendee Setup tab of the event.
How do I direct the attendees back to the Path event once they've purchased a ticket?
On the Attendee Setup tab, at the bottom of the page, is the Instructions and Confirmation Messaging section. Provide details and a link back to the course in the Event Confirmation Message. This messaging will appear both in the browser when someone completes registration and in the confirmation email
What if a staff member registers a member but invoices them?
The registered member would have access to the Path event. There may be cases where a staff person wants to do this, for a special circumstance. Otherwise, payment should always be collected at the time of registration.
If this event is available as a recording for members, what should the event dates be set as?
The event should have an end date far in the future, maybe a year or two. Members will not be able to register for an event if GrowthZone has marked it as past.
