This is a page that was created because all the API, SSO/OAuth and Integration information is scattered through Happy Fox, Old Support wiki's, Jira, Teams and other places and this is an attempt to put links to all the information in one place.
The page was specifically created to help with Web Support and Now the Platform Integration team issues but if another department finds value in the information or wants to provide or update the information contained here please reach out to paul.schmalenberg@growthzone.com or platformintegrations@growthzone.com or in Teams especially if something is out of date or there is a new integration or information you would like included.

What Department takes the ticket?

Platform Integrations handles all tickets related to the ChamberMaster API, GrowthZone API, and SSO related issues.
If the ticket mentions API, SSO, API Key, Client Id, Client Secret, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, or endpoints, the ticket is for Platform Integrations.

How to Validate that the API will work for the Customer
- If you are unsure if the API will work for the Customers needs then feel free to submit a ticket to Platform Integration Team- send an email with all the details to platformintegrations@growthzone.com

How to Drop a Product if a customer requests it.

- Create a Ticket using the ticketing system requesting the drop and then assign it to the CSM Category.

- Pricing for Web Support Custom Programing is $200.00 and Hour with 1 hour minimum.
- Standard Module Integration 400 (there is also Advanced integration but that is almost never used.)
- API Access $550.00 One-Time and a 56.00 a month or 675.00 a year fee.

Description:
The ChamberMaster API is only an API with Limited access and no SSO or OAuth Authentication.

GrowthZone API Information
Description:
The GrowthZone API is the same API used to run GrowthZone so its got extensive calls but is a bit hard to figure out what you need in it.
GrowthZone API is a paid for service with a setup Fee and Monthly Fee.

GrowthZone SSO/OAUTH Information
Description:
Gives a broad overview of how SSO/OAUTH functions.

***IMPORTANT***
For customers who want to set up a new SSO (SAML or OIDC) and DO NOT have the 'Enable Single Sign On' checked, as in the below example:
BEFORE putting a check in the 'Enable Single Sign On' box the steps detailed in "Fusion Auth Customer Wants to Enable SSO" in the article below MUST be first completed in order to not cause a login conflict with their MFA settings:

After the ticket has been escalated to L2 and the steps in the article are completed (with the exception of the 'Create a JIRA for the Platform Engineering team' step which does not need to be completed before proceeding with the SSO setup) then 'Enable Single Sign On' can be checked and SSO setup can proceed.
The above steps do not need to be performed if 'Enable Single Sign On' is already checked.

FastCase Integration
Description:
The Fastcase integration is a custom link in the Info Hub that will auto log someone into FastCase, FastCase is a Cloudbased Legal Tool Platform.

Description:
This is the New built in integration Method for FlexMLS - It used to use SAML and this is much easier
Extra info:
Flex requires a specific realtor setup before you can setup ODIC OAuth and it costs some money, its out lined here.

Description:
RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) is a feed of data from the REALTOR Association’s MLS and SimplyRets is a platform that abstracts the fetching and parsing of a RETS feed, allowing listings to display and/or be searchable on the website.

GrowthZone Members Only Pages
Description:
The Members Only Pages are Pages that will have a username and Password that you need to access the content. The Username and Password is the Info Hub credentials.
This requires a Fee now unlike in the past.

The URL that users click to sign in via the IDP. This is the authorization endpoint. This may include parameters such as client ID, client secret, etc.
The attribute must contain the AMS ID that is used through the integration. If unclear, please provide a sample of a successful response including that information.
After a user hits “Sign Out” on the HL community site, they will be redirected to this URL.
Section III: Other Information
Please provide test user credentials so Higher Logic can test the SSO flow. The user must be able to access the main site using the current IDP configuration. If the user credentials provided are for an active user, please change the password once implementation has been completed.

A List of MLS and the Matching Fields, could be useful for the format of strings for matching but generally we should be getting this information from the MLS vendor directly and not assuming. - Sharepoint Link
