How it works:
GrowthZone uses an API to send a one-way sync to Supra. Once live, updates are sent from GrowthZone to Supra every 90 minutes.
PROJECT KICK OFF
Overview:
The Integration Specialist reaches out to SUPRA and the customer to receive data files for offices and agents. Testing is done only in Production, however a test file is provided during Staging.
Ticketing Process for RE Integrations (Review the below and we'll remove the red notation)
- When requesting the initial data files, the Integration Specialist will CC platformintegrations@growthzone.com email to create a SUPRA- (Tenant Name) ticket for project visibility. That ticket will then be related to the main Migration ticket.
- All communication with the vendor, for the project, will be tracked in this related ticket. All project movement, communication between GZ Teams, updates, date files, and meeting dates will still be placed in a private note in the main Migration ticket for the Onboarder and Migrations team.
- The purpose of the related SUPRA- (Tenant Name) ticket is to allow visibility on the vendor communications for all RE Integrations staff. The related SUPRA- (Tenant Name) ticket will remain In Progress until the full integration is turned on and completed. The RE Integration point of contact for the project will be the Assignee on the related SUPRA- (Tenant Name).
Data Process:
Customer will need to request Agent & Office files from Supra for the import. Email suprafieldengineering@carrier.com and request the files be sent to GrowthZone.
-
Project timeline will depend on whether the customer wants to do a data conversion within Supra i.e. they want to change their key fields over to the NRDS Id.
-
If they want Supra to do the Id conversion, their lead times is 90 days and Supra may charge for this process.
-
If they are not doing a data conversion, then request the files and provide to conversions.
-
Hello Supra,
We are looking to have you provide Office & Agent data files for _______________. Client NAME, could you respond back letting Supra know we have permission to request the files? We are looking at a Go Live date of ________, this is a new set up/vendor switch.

STAGING| TESTING
- Once the data has been pulled from SUPRA and all other integrations, the Integration Specialist will create a staging database.
- Verify the Import Feature Settings are on. Setup -> Import Features
- Verify in the Setup -> Real Estate Integrations -> MLS Tab that SUPRA is selected as the LockBox.
- Once all data sources are obtained, and the Staging Database is created, the Integration Specialist will move the ticket to In Review for the Onboarder to move to Migrations when ready.
Once the Staging data has been imported by Migrations, it should be reviewed by Onboarding in conjunction with Platform Integrations and the Customer to ensure that the data was being imported correctly.

Files Not Received: In IIT if the files are showing up with an error with a message Rebex.Net.SftpException: A supplied password or user name is incorrect. ---> Have Supra verify they don't have the login set to reset password upon first login.
