This release lets builder associations run their own NAHB reconciliation file, makes renewal payments sync to NAHB more reliably, and gives real estate associations control over which NAR member types they import.
In this release:
Builder associations: NAHB integration
Builder associations can now handle NAHB reconciliation on their own schedule, and renewals reach NAHB more consistently.
Run the NAHB Reconciliation report yourself
You can now run the NAHB Reconciliation report from Reports and send the file to NAHB directly. You no longer need to ask GrowthZone Support to produce it, so you can pull a fresh file whenever NAHB asks for one.
Renewal payments sync to NAHB every time
A renewal payment now syncs to NAHB whatever the member's last activation type was. Previously, a renewal reached NAHB only when the activation type was Renewal, so some renewals never arrived.
See NAHB's expiration date in GrowthZone
NAHB's own expiration date for a member now appears on the membership and on the Membership Report, so you can compare it with your records without leaving GrowthZone.

Real estate associations: NAR member imports
Choose which member types to import from NAR
A realtor member import can now choose which member types to pull from NAR. If your board maps referral agent, non-member, mortgage loan originator or staff memberships, those members now come across in the import instead of being left out.
