Integrating the Zapier tool in GrowthZone allows can take your GrowthZone memberships and events to the next level. The following lists contain the fields that are sent in our Zapier "zaps" for both memberships and events. 

*NOTE

 GrowthZone integrated with Zapier is very limited. The only triggers we have available are as follows:

• GrowthZone has a Membership trigger that will pass membership details when a new membership is added or a change is made to an existing membership
• GrowthZone has an Event Registration trigger that will pass registration details for all or specified events when a registration occurs.

Membership Zap includes the following information:

• Membership Type Name
• Membership Level (if applicable)
• Membership Status:  Active, Courtesy, Dropped, Pending Approval, Expired, Suspended, etc.
• Membership Number: the membership number associated with the membership
• Database Identifier: a unique ID assigned by the database
• Join Date: the date the membership became active
• Expiration Date: the date the membership expires
• Change Type / Action: the type of update occurring to the membership (New, Upgrade, Downgrade, Adjust, Reactivate, Drop, or Renewal)
• Membership Owner: can be an individual or business/organization
• Membership Owner Email: the primary email tied to the membership owner
• Membership Primary Contact First Name: if owned by a business/organization, the first name of the primary contact of that business/organization
• Membership Primary Contact Last Name: if owned by a business/organization, the last name of the primary contact of that business/organization
• Membership Primary Contact Email: if owned by a business/organization, the default email of the primary contact of that business/organization

Event Zap includes the following data:

• Event Registration date/time: the date/time the event registration was submitted
• Attendee Status: Registered, Attended, No Show
• Payment Date: the date the payment was applied to the event registration
• Registration: a unique ID assigned by the database
• Event ID: a unique ID assigned by the database
• Event Name
• Attendee ID: a unique ID assigned by the database
• Attendee First Name
• Attendee Last Name
• Attendee Full Name
• Attendee Email Address
