Steps for Adding CC & BCC Contacts to a Ticket Without Sending a Reply
There are times when another contact needs to be added to a ticket, these instructions allow you to add additional contacts to the CC & BCC lines without sending a new message to the customer.
Open the ticket and click Reply, then click on the grey βToβ area:
This opens the CC field and allows you to paste in an email and search for existing Contacts:
To then save without sending, click on the β-β :
Clicking on the +Bcc in the same area will open the same type of field.
