A message will be posted to GrowthZone the week of April 19, 2021 outlining changes to Scheduled Billing. Below is the message customer's will see in GrowthZone and FAQs should customers ask follow-up questions.

COMING SOON: Improved View of Scheduled Billings
Currently all scheduled billing items are shown together on a contact’s billing tab. To support a simpler membership management process, we will be breaking these items into two sections (1) Membership Scheduled Billing (2) Other Scheduled Billing. This will align closely with what your members already see in the info hub.
In addition to separating the types of scheduled billing, the Membership Scheduled Billing items will be combined by membership. This will allow for simpler management of membership billing. We will no longer be supporting items from the same membership to have different next bill dates, billing contacts or other misaligned data. Please, contact support if you have questions or concerns.

- Why are you changing this? The best practice to manage memberships is from the membership itself. Making changes there will roll down to the Membership Scheduled Billing. This simplified view will create a more efficient management of memberships.
- How do I know if I have memberships that need updated?
- If your memberships only have one recurring billing item – you don’t need to worry!
- If you have more than one recurring billing item, review your active memberships in the Membership Report
- Include, Member Number, Next Bill Data, Bill Contact, Frequency
- Summarize by the Member Number and scan for memberships that don’t have the same data for the next bill date
- Will this impact how my invoices are generated?
- No, invoices will be generated in the same way as before.
- Will my members experience any changes when they log into the Info Hub?
- No, there are no member facing changes in this update.
- When will this change happen?
- Before the end of the month. Likely the April 29 software update with include this change.
- What about voluntary fee items? What if the payment profile should be applied to that?
- You can expect to be able to make that adjustment with a similar field option that is seen by members in the Info Hub
