PROJECT KICK OFF
Note: M1 was called NRDS previously.
Data Process:
GrowthZone will use our M1 import tool to convert data into GrowthZone. M1 API credentials are given by Chris DeRosa.
STAGING| TESTING
No testing is needed
Data Review:
Review a sampling of Agents & Offices to ensure that all of the fields were populated via the conversion.
GO LIVE:
To retrieve the M1 Credentials for the settings in Setup>Integrations>Real Estate Settings, Onboarding will need to email Chris DeRosa CDeRosa@nar.realtor requesting the M1 credentials and the NAR Ecommerce setup for the Association.
Include Association's name and Association Id (found in NRDS REFRESH files) and provide at least 5 days lead time if they have an existing integration and 5 to 7 days if they do not have an existing integration.
Onboarding and Customer need to work together on the timing of the shut off with their current AMS and turning on the integration in GZ.
***Note: If at the top left a "Disabled By import Settings" message is displaying, perform the following actions before proceeding with the below instructions:
- GZ Staff Only Tools -> Import Settings-> Uncheck the following two items and click save:
Setup:

Double check that the GrowthZone Real Estate API has been setup by Conversions
Go to Setup>Applications>API Key Permissions ***If this is not a visible option in Setup, then the API module needs to be added via tenant settings.
2. Delete GrowthZone Real Estate Kafka

Setup>GrowthZone Staff Only Tools> Kafka

Select to delete the GrowthZone Realtor Integration Kafka (this one is used for Migrations purposes only)
- Do NOT add Kafka here, this is no longer used, it will stay blank as shown - update Screen Shot

3. Add Real Estate Settings

Go to Setup>Integrations>Real Estate Edition Settings

Select to “Enable Sync” and set the Go Live date & time. Remember to set the time for at least 2hrs from the time you are completing this to allow for all contacts to get to IIT. For example, if it is 8:00 AM set the go live time to 10:00 AM.

Select the following:

Enable Sync - One Way to Financial

Enable Sync - GrowthZone to M1

Enable Sync - M1 to GrowthZone

Tie Account Number to M1 Number

Default Payment Processing M1 ID - the AE’s M1 ID

Association Number - found in Config file

User Name - found in Config file

Password - found in the Config file

Point of Entry - found in the Config file

- 1. Check Enable M1 APIs checkbox
- 2. Enter the credentials provided by NAR
4. SAVE
5. Force Kafka: Go to Setup>GrowthZone Staff Only Tools>Kafka Utilities>Force Changed Contact Kafka

- NQ_SQL Error - M1 is down and nothing can be done.
