The Goal: Quickly view a contact's current outstanding balance from their contact record.
Before You Begin:
- Navigate to the contact record for the individual whose balance you wish to review.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Select the contact's Billing tab. The contact's current balance will be displayed on this tab. Additionally, if the contact has an outstanding balance, it will be indicated on the tab label itself.
Common Pitfalls
- Balance not visible: If the Billing tab does not show a balance, the contact may have no outstanding invoices. Verify by reviewing the transaction history on the same tab.
