The Goal: Print or download a billing statement for an individual member directly from their contact record.
Before You Begin:
- Prior to generating a statement, review and modify (as needed) the default statement template and cover letter. See Set Up Your Invoice Template(s) for instructions.
- Navigate to the desired contact record.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired contact, select the Billing tab.
- Click the dropdown arrow adjacent to Enter Check/Payment and select Print Statement.
- On the Print Contact Statement screen, choose the desired options:
- Select the Document Generation Template you wish to use.
- Select the Cover Letter you wish to use.
- Select the invoices that you wish to include on the statement.
- Click Download. Your statement will be downloaded and available to print.

Common Pitfalls
- No template configured: If no statement template has been set up, the download may be blank or unavailable. Set up the default template before generating statements.
- Missing cover letter: Cover letters are optional but must be configured in advance if you wish to include one. See View/Modify Templates.
