The Goal: Review the records that M1 added or updated in your database through the Sub Queue, so you can confirm the synced changes and follow up where needed.
Before You Begin:
- You must have the Real Estate Edition enabled with an active M1 integration.
- You need staff access to the Real Estate Edition settings.
Step-by-Step Instructions
On each agent or office Activity tab, any changes received from M1 will be logged. In addition, you can use the Updates Received from M1 report to review all activity over a specific date range:
- Click Settings in the left-hand rail.
Click Updates Received from M1 in the Real Estate Edition section. A list of updates will be displayed.
- Customize the list as needed by clicking the filter options. You can customize by date range, Contact ID, M1 ID or Tag(s). Tags here refer to the update type (Member, Member Supplemental, Education, etc).
Common Pitfalls
- Skipping the review: Review records that were sent from M1 and update your database if needed. Leaving synced changes unverified can let outdated or incorrect member data go unnoticed.
