Flex MLS Troubleshooting

What was sent to Flex (IIT) 

You can see the information we are pushing to FlexMLS through the IIT. To access a Flex customers IIT info, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to IIT by accessing: https://realestate.growthzoneapp.com/Home
  2. Click “Subscribers” in the left-hand navigation
  3. Select the vendor - in this case click Flex
  4. Select Office or Agent - depending on your troubleshooting needs
  5. If searching for a specific tenant’s information. Select the Association in the drop down at the top:
  6. Example: searching for Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS
     

  7. If searching for a specific member/contact, you can search by Vendor ID (which is the NRDS ID) or Contact ID (which is the GZ Contact ID), then select “Search”. 

  8. Once the desired selection is found, You can click on the Modified date to view exactly what was sent to Flex. Also, there is a green checkbox if this information was sent successfully. There is a red triangle when there was an error.
