How it works:
Clients may decide to switch vendors or activate a sync with a vendor after their onboarding go-live date. In these scenarios, the Integration Specialist will quote the applicable charge below and review/complete the project with the client.
Process:
1. Verify the following:
- The vendor the client is currently with, and who they are changing to.
- When the vendor change will occur
- (If this is a backfill, we'll need to confirm the vendor they'd like to integrate with.)
2. Review the project timeline with the client and quote the project based on the pricing below
- Similar to standard vendor integrations, the integrations specialist and vendors will test -> the data will be imported into their production clone for testing, then pushed into production once approved by all parties
3. Once the client has approved the project and costs associated, send an email to account management for them to send out a contract to sign to the customer and add the associated pricing to their invoice (accountmanagement@growthzone.com)
4. Schedule a Go Live with the client once testing is successful and make sure the previous feed is turned off so we can turn on the new feed
Pricing Breakdown (2/2024):
1. MLS:
- CoreLogic: One-time fee $2,250, Monthly fee $112 (Recurring fee assessed by Core Logic)
- Make sure to check HubSpot to see if the monthly fee is in the itemization. If the fee is in the itemization, the MLS will invoice us, then we invoice the client. If the monthly fee is NOT in HubSpot, the client will need to be billed the monthly fee directly by the MLS. This applies to onboarding projects as well.
- Flex: One-time fee $1,575, Monthly fee $50 (Recurring API fee assessed by Flex, this may be listed in HubSpot as a lump yearly sum of $600 but thee client will need to ay Flex directly for this fee now, they are no longer allowing for GrowthZone to bill clients for this on their behalf)
- Make sure to check HubSpot to see if the monthly fee is in the itemization. If the fee is in the itemization, the MLS will invoice us, then we invoice the client. If the monthly fee is NOT in HubSpot, the client will need to be billed the monthly fee directly by the MLS. (I.E. for Flex the client will need to create a login for Spark API, put their billing information in, and accept the API key). This applies to onboarding projects as well.
- All other MLS Vendors: One-time fee $1,575
2. Lockbox:
- Supra: One-time fee $900
- Sentrilock: One-time fee $900
Example of Client Email:
Good morning,
We've received notification that you would like to set up OIDC. In order to complete this request, we would first need to perform a Flex MLS backfill and turn on the live sync. This would be a one-time set up fee of $1,575 and would follow these general steps:
- GZ receives the API key, pulls agent/office data, and imports it into your clone environment
- You'll review the agent/office data and give us your approval to import it into production
- GZ will import it into production, test to ensure it's working, then turn on the live sync if the data is still recent
Let me know if you have any questions/concerns, as well as if you'd like to proceed or not,
