The Directory Contact Report provides you the ability to generate a list of your contacts listed in the directories set up in your GrowthZone software. For example, if you provide a list of the directory for a print version, you can easily export the details into Excel.
- Click Reports in the Navigation Panel
- Use the Quick Filter or the Customize Filter to apply the Contacts category.
- Select the Directory Contact Report.
- (Optional) Select your search filtering criteria.

- (Optional) Enter any Additional Criteria/Filters as needed. Click the small plus on the left to add additional criteria/filters. Since we're focusing on directory listings and contacts, let's look for contacts that are missing their description in the listing and select Description Is Empty.
- (Optional) Select Display Options. The report is set up with default fields to display; you may add or remove fields by clicking on the Fields to Display drop-down arrow and searching or scrolling for the field you want to include. To add a field to the display options, enable the checkbox to the left of the field name. In our case, Description was already a default field, so there aren't any adjustments we need to make.
- (Optional) Select Summarize By criteria. This optional field allows you to select how you wish report results grouped. (Summarize options are listed alphabetically in the dropdown, but recently/commonly used selections will "stick" to the top of the list.) For this report, we don't need to group our results, so we'll leave this blank.
- Click Run Report.
For these results, you may want to add these contacts to a list and send them messaging encouraging them to log into the Info Hub to update their Directory Listing Descriptions.
